• I run multiple experience days per month
• Ages 11 and up but 11-16 year olds need a guardian in the building (can take part if paying, or just drink tea and coffee and watch for free, of course!)
• Day runs 10:30am to around 5pm, and I run courses on Sundays AND during the week!
