Experience the thrill of blacksmithing in a full-day experience day, designed for anyone looking to get hands-on with an ancient craft. No experience needed, just a desire to create and a willingness to get your hands a little dirty!

We’ll begin the day at 10 AM with a hot drink and a quick, friendly health and safety chat. Then, you’ll jump right into practicing core blacksmithing skills by learning a few techniques on offcuts, followed by forging your own hook.

After this, it’s your time to shine – pick one (or more!) items to create from a small selection of options, with Mike on hand to guide you every step of the way. You’ll leave with your completed projects, whether it’s one or a few, to proudly display at home.

The small group size (just 4 participants) means you’ll get plenty of personal attention and tips from me, and if your masterpiece isn’t quite done by 5 PM, no worries – we can stay a little longer to help you wrap it up.
